My given name is Jiuming, where J sounds the same as in "Beijing" or "Mt. Fuji". I'm open to any approximation, so please feel free to use your most comfortable pronunciations!

About

I am currently a PhD student at the Department of Computer Science and Engineering (CSE), The Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK), supervised by Prof. Li Yu. My PhD research is supported by the Hong Kong PhD Fellowship Scheme (HKPFS). Before that, I obtained my Bachelor of Engineering degree (First Class) also at CUHK, with a major in Artificial Intelligence.

My research interest is mainly in the interdisciplinary field between AI and healthcare. I am currently working on RNA-related projects that will benefit downstream research in computational biology, meta-genomics, and de novo drug discovery.
